THE SAVAGE TRUTH Kinsey Rejoiced Over the Rape of More than 800 Children!
Topic: Outrageous

I should have remembered the old saying, "ignorance is bliss", before picking up Michael Savage's book, Liberalism is a Mental Disorder. I've pretty much only personally known decent human beings during my lifetime. It would be difficult to comprehend that such evil exists exept for the fact that abortion exists. So I am not totally naive. I certainly smelled a rotten stench oozing off the theatre movie screen when I saw the trailer for the movie, Kinsey. The Golden Globes gave it the Best Motion Picture - Drama award. It received many more awards from various organizations including an Acadamy Award.

Judith Reisman, a Ph. D. scholar and researcher who investigated Kinsey's files discovered that he solicited and encouraged pedophiles at home and abroad to sexually violate infants and children for his alleged data on normal "child sexuality". Many of the severe sex crimes against children committed for the sake of Kinsey's research are quantified in his own graphs and charts.

Rex King, who was exposed as having raped more than 800 children, provided a constant stream of "research" over which Kinsey feasted and recorded in his notorious Table 34. In a letter dated November 24, 1944, Kinsey wrote King, saying, "I rejoice at everything you send, for I am then assured that much more of your material is saved for scientific publication."

And Hollywood makes a movie glorifying this man.

Michael Savage has more facts regarding Kinsey in his book, Liberalism is a Mental Disorder. What an apt title.

HOW DEEPLY SHOULD YOU CRINGE? a massive viral outbreak of homophobic neo-Christians?
Topic: Musings

Murdering 4,000 preborn a day is civilized? But a loving and responsible couple welcoming 16 children into their home are thoughtless, selfish, baby-drunk people? You know what? At one time I had five children and the oldest was five (twins). And my husband and I had four more after that. So sue me! I didn't want to tell my Heavenly Father that his children were not welcome in our home - that they would "cramp my style". Our kids have grown into creative, responsible citizens with great senses of humor so I'm not apologizing to anyone. I have personally known a family in my home town that had sixteen children. All hardy, intelligent, decent human beings. I'm guessing the world could use more of those.

Column below by Mark Morford at SFGate.com
God Does Not Want 16 Kids
Arkansas mom gives birth to a whole freakin' baseball team. How deeply should you cringe?

Who are you to judge? Who are you to say that the more than slightly creepy 39-year-old woman from Arkansas who just gave birth to her 16th child yes that's right 16 kids and try not to cringe in phantom vaginal pain when you say it, who are you to say Michelle Duggar is not more than a little unhinged and sad and lost?

And furthermore, who are you to suggest that her equally troubling husband -- whose name is, of course, Jim Bob and he's hankerin' to be a Republican senator and try not to wince in sociopolitical pain when you say that -- isn't more than a little numb to the real world, and that bringing 16 hungry mewling attention-deprived kids (and she wants more! Yay!) into this exhausted world zips right by "touching" and races right past "disturbing" and lurches its way, heaving and gasping and sweating from the karmic armpits, straight into "Oh my God, what the hell is wrong with you people?"

But that would be, you know, mean. Mean and callous to suggest that this might be the most disquieting photo you see all year, this bizarre Duggar family of 18 spotless white hyperreligious interchangeable people with alarmingly bad hair, the kids ranging in ages from 1 to 17, worse than those nuked Smurfs in that UNICEF commercial and worse than all the horrific rubble in Pakistan and worse than the cluster-bomb nightmare that is Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise having a child as they suck the skin from each other's Scientological faces and even worse than that huge 13-foot python which ate that six-foot alligator and then exploded.

It's wrong to be this judgmental. Wrong to suggest that it is exactly this kind of weird pathological protofamily breeding-happy gluttony that's making the world groan and cry and recoil, contributing to vicious overpopulation rates and unrepentant economic strain and a bitter moral warpage resulting from a massive viral outbreak of homophobic neo-Christians across our troubled and Bush-ravaged land. Or is it?

Is it wrong to notice how all the Duggar kids' names start with the letter J (Jeremiah and Josiah and Jedediah and Jesus, someone please stop them), and that if you study the above photo (or the even more disturbing family Web site) too closely you will become rashy and depressed and you will crave large quantities of alcohol and loud aggressive music to deflect the creeping feeling that this planet is devolving faster than you can suck the contents from a large bong? But I'm not judging.

I have a friend who used to co-babysit (yes, it required two sitters) for a family of 10 kids, and she reports that they were, almost without fail, manic and hyper and bewildered and attention deprived in the worst way, half of them addicted to prescription meds to calm their neglected nerves and the other half bound for years of therapy due to complete loss of having the slightest clue as to who they actually were, lost in the family crowd, just another blank, needy face at the table. Is this the guaranteed affliction for every child of very large families? Of course not. But I'm guessing it's more common than you imagine.

What's more, after the 10th kid popped out, the family doctor essentially prohibited the baby-addicted mother from having any more offspring, considering the pummeling endured by her various matronly systems, and it's actually painful to imagine the logistics, the toll on Michelle Duggar's body, the ravages it has endured to give birth to roughly one child per year for nearly two decades, and you cannot help but wonder about her body and its various biological and sexual ... no, no, it is not for this space to visualize frighteningly capacious vaginal dimensions. It is not for this space to imagine this couple's soggy sexual mutations. We do not have enough wine on hand for that.

Perhaps the point is this: Why does this sort of bizarre hyperbreeding only seem to afflict antiseptic megareligious families from the Midwest? In other words -- assuming Michelle and Jim Bob and their massive brood of cookie-cutter Christian kidbots will all be, as the charming photo suggests, never allowed near a decent pair of designer jeans or a tolerable haircut from a recent decade, and assuming that they will all be tragically encoded with the values of the homophobic asexual Christian right -- where are the forces that shall help neutralize their effect on the culture? Where is the counterbalance, to offset the damage?

Where is, in other words, the funky tattooed intellectual poetess who, along with her genius anarchist husband, is popping out 16 funky progressive intellectually curious fashion-forward pagan offspring to answer the Duggar's squad of ?ber-white future Wal-Mart shoppers? Where is the liberal, spiritualized, pro-sex flip side? Verily I say unto thee, it ain't lookin' good.

Perhaps this the scariest aspect of our squishy birthin' tale: Maybe the scales are tipping to the neoconservative, homogenous right in our culture simply because they tend not to give much of a damn for the ramifications of wanton breeding and environmental destruction and pious sanctimony, whereas those on the left actually seem to give a whit for the health of the planet and the dire effects of overpopulation. Is that an oversimplification?

Why does this sort of thoughtfulness seem so far from the norm? Why is having a stadiumful of offspring still seen as some sort of happy joyous thing?

You already know why. It is the Biggest Reason of All. Children are, after all, God's little gifts. Kids are little blessings from the Lord, the Almighty's own screaming spitballs of joy. Hell, Jim Bob said so himself, when asked if the couple would soon be going for a 17th rug rat: "We both just love children and we consider each a blessing from the Lord. I have asked Michelle if she wants more and she said yes, if the Lord wants to give us some she will accept them." This is what he actually said. And God did not strike him dead on the spot.

Let us be clear: I don't care what sort of God you believe in, it's a safe bet that hysterical breeding does not top her list of desirables. God does not want more children per acre than there are ants or mice or garter snakes or repressed pedophilic priests. We already have three billion humans on the planet who subsist on less than two dollars a day. Every other child in the world (one billion of them) lives in abject poverty. We are burning through the planet's resources faster than a Republican can eat an endangered caribou stew. Note to Michelle Duggar: If God wanted you to have a massive pile of children, she'd have given your uterus a hydraulic pump and a revolving door. Stop it now.

Ah, but this is America, yes? People should be allowed to do whatever the hell they want with their families if they can afford it and if it's within the law and so long as they aren't gay or deviant or happily flouting Good Christian Values, right? Shouldn't they? Hell, gay couples still can't openly adopt a baby in most states (they either lie, or one adopts and the other must apply as "co-parent"), but Michelle Duggar can pop out 16 kids and no one says, oh my freaking God, stop it, stop it now, you thoughtless, selfish, baby-drunk people.

No, no one says that. That would be mean.

A Solemn Oath (The Ultimate Pro-Life Allegory)
Topic: Fable Excerpts

...So that is how it came to be that Nanah Cub was sent to The Dimension of Barbarik to be tested within the mantle of a physical body without his Tare Ree. But before he left he made her a solemn oath. He would spend his whole Life in search of Clues, enough to allow him to discover the exact time and place of her arrival. With all memory of their time together erased he would still somehow remember and he promised that he would be there to greet her upon her own entry into The Dimension of Barbarik. He was gazing deep into Tare Ree's eyes even as his spirit was fading away from The Dimension of Souls, sealing the promise he had made to her into his heart's memory forever.

Innocent blood: How lying marketers sold Roe v. Wade to America

WORLD NET DAILY - David Kupelian

"Anyway," says Nathanson, "as a result of all of this technology – looking at this baby, examining it, investigating it, watching its metabolic functions, watching it urinate, swallow, move and sleep, watching it dream, which you could see by its rapid eye movements via ultrasound, treating it, operating on it – I finally came to the conviction that this was my patient. This was a person! I was a physician, pledged to save my patients' lives, not to destroy them. So I changed my mind on the subject of abortion."

This is an excerpt from what I consider to be the definitive commentary in regards to abortion.

GIVE ME A PRESIDENT WHO'S BODACIOUS
Topic: Musings

You can say this for Clinton - at least he wasn't timid. If President Bush had stepped in and demanded that Terri Schiavo's life be spared, he actually would now have my undying (and possibly unquestioning) loyalty. But he proved to be totally impotent in the matter and I owe him no such allegiance.

BODACIOUS: assured, ballsy, bold, brassy, brave, cheeky, courageous, daring, dashing, dauntless, fresh, gallant, game, gritty, gutsy, heroic, indomitable, intrepid, lion-hearted, nervy, plucky, salty, sassy, smart, spunky, sure, unabashed, undaunted, unflinching, valiant, valorous, wise, audacious, fearless, lionhearted, resolute, stalwart, unafraid, decisive, doozie, enduring, extraordinary, mind-blowing, momentous, monumental, notable, noteworthy, remarkable, rubric, serious, striking, super, terrific, top drawer, unforgettable, the anti-wimp!

GEORGE (Trust Me) BUSH REQUESTED THAT THE PRO-LIFE PLANK NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE G.O.P. PLATFORM

In 1996, George Bush learned the hard way it was a mistake to try to remove the anti-abortion plank in the GOP platform. He sent a messenger to the Resolutions (Platform) Committee of the Texas State Republican Convention asking that the pro-life plank not be included in the platform. It was voted for unanimously. As a result, Bush was denied the privilege of leading his own delegation to National Convention because too many delegates did not trust him on the pro-life issue.

Many Republicans believed that Mr. Bush would be naming people of a more conservative bent to the U.S. Supreme Court. Before making such a supposition, it would be a good idea to look at Mr. Bush’s track record. He had signed a bill naming a highway after an infamous abortionist from Houston, John B. Coleman, who, among other things, faced medical malpractice lawsuits involving abortions at the time of his death. There were many excuses given for his signature on the bill, but the fact remains that President Bush had promised not to sign it.

Was it just pandering to the pro-choice vote that had him comment, when visiting New Jersey, that he couldn't wait to campaign with Christine Todd Whitman not only in New Jersey but all over America. As the governor of New Jersey she consistently stood with the pro-abortion, feminist lobby and even vetoed the partial birth abortion ban passed by the New Jersey legislature.

While Governor of Texas, President Bush also appointed Martha Hill Jamison to the 164th District Court in Houston. Mrs. Jamison is the daughter of former Democratic Attorney General, John Hill, and had just recently turned Republican. She was still a supporter of Planned Parenthood and the Gay and Lesbian political caucus.

In Texas when a Supreme Court place is vacated during mid-term, the governor may appoint someone to fill that spot until the next election. Bush appointed four members to that court. Texas law required that parents be notified prior to the performance of an abortion on a minor. In March, the Texas Supreme Court in a 6-3 decision refused to uphold a decision by a lower court ruling that a 17 year old girl is not mature enough to make an abortion decision without notifying her parents. Three of the votes vacating the decision were from Bush’s four appointments to the Texas Supreme Court. They were instrumental in virtually nullifying the parental notification law which Mr. Bush proclaimed that he supported. Are we supposed to believe that his current choice for the Supreme Court will be any better?

WHY AM I NOT SURPRISED? (Harriet Miers Nomination Kerfuffle)
Topic: Just the Facts

I personally resent the fact that Bush promoters are using the same tactics that the liberals use when people disagree with them on any topic.

First Brit Hume suggests that the people who are speaking up against the Harriet Miers nomination are elitist snobs (because she is not Ivy League - even though many of the judges that those people would have preferred over her are not Ivy League).

Now the first lady has suggested that those of us opposed to the nomination are perhaps sexist.

Check out the following facts about the President's past record on the subject of abortion and his Supreme Court Nominees in the state of Texas.

In 1996, George (Trust Me) Bush learned the hard way it was a mistake to try to remove the anti-abortion plank in the GOP platform. "OK, take a deep breath, relax a bit, and click on a state below to find an abortion provider nearest you."
Topic: Outrageous

I can practically hear the soothing music playing in the background... Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

ABORTION.COM:

"Sit back and get comfortable - we have just the information you are looking for. We know you're nervous, perhaps even feeling unsure and a little scared. Don't worry, you've come to just
the right place to find an abortion provider.

We understand the importance of the legal and political issues surrounding abortion and work with state and national organizations to protect access to this critical service.

More importantly, we know that you will not make a pregnancy decision based on politics - that your concerns are for your family, your future, and yourself. The providers on this site are ready to stand with you - be your partner - should you choose abortion. Remember, you deserve to be cared for during this process... so don't settle for less.

OK, take a deep breath, relax a bit, and click on a state below to find an abortion provider nearest you."

Those kids, when they find out that they are pregnant, may not want an abortion; they may want information. But when they call that number, which is paid for by abortion money, what kind of information do you think they're going to get? Remember, they sell abortions, they don't sell keeping the baby, or giving the baby up for adoption, or delivering that baby. They only sell abortions.

Predators win the trust of their victims by luring them away from their closest loved ones, speaking their language and telling them what they want to hear. Planned Parenthood subverts parents and dispenses death pills to vulnerable teens like candy -- cheap! easy! super-safe! But as Holly's dad, Monty, sobbed at a press conference after his daughter's RU-486-induced homicide: "There's no quick fix for pregnancy, no magic pill . . . ...Having a child out of wedlock wasn't a problem for Richards. The problem was that there wasn't just one baby-to-be in her womb. There were three. This news provoked unwelcome images of domesticity in Richards' urbane mind. With three kids she would have to give up her Manhattan walk-up, move to Staten Island, shop at Costco, and purchase large jars of mayonnaise. Moreover, the multiple pregnancy would force her to forego her spring lecture income. In view of these burdens, Richards asked her obstetrician if it was possible to "get rid of" one or two of the three fetuses.

"White House Councel Blackmails President for Nomination to Supreme Court!"
Topic: Musings

Wow! What a great idea for a new book (fictional of course). A bad habit of mine is imagining intrigue, conspiracy and deception in many of the current events of the day.

...A young, ambitious attorney realizes a way to fulfill her grandiose dream of becoming a judge on the highest court in the land. First step - take no controversial stand on anything over the years so as not to offend anyone or reveal her true inclinations. Second Step - get appointed as a White House counsel to a United States President. It will take years to maneuver, manipulate and insinuate herself into the right place at the right time for this to happen. Third - over time learn all about the President's dirty laundry. Finally - when the time is right, threaten to reveal his damning secrets to the world if he does not give her the nomination for Supreme Court Justice. She is doggedly determined that her plan will work, allowing no one to stand in her way. Her plan succeeds and her true self is unleashed on an unsuspecting public.

Stranger things, I'm sure, have happened. Besides, it's not the real world, it's just fiction. Anything can happen in fiction.

"One night a lady delivered and I was called to come and see her because she was uncontrollable," says David Brewer, M.D., of Glen Ellyn, Ill. As a military physician in Ft. Rucher, Ala., Brewer performed abortions for 10 years. "I went in the room, and she was going to pieces; she was having a nervous breakdown, screaming and thrashing. The nurses were upset because they couldn't get any work done, and all the other patients were upset because this lady was screaming. I walked in, and here was her little saline abortion baby kicking. It had been born alive, and was kicking and moving for a little while before it finally died of those terrible burns, because the salt solution gets into the lungs and burns the lungs, too."

The Painful and Frightening Hours and Days Leading to Christin's Death by Abortion

"This is the story about an incredibly loving young girl named Christin. A very active high-school graduate and a beloved member of her softball team and community, she was sweet beyond the norm as so often is the case for children with her diagnosis. She had Down syndrome. (I have heard it said, anecdotally, the extra chromosome which characterizes Trisomy 21, encodes for love. For those of you blessed enough to know anyone with Down syndrome, you will likely agree.)

NOTHING BUT A VEGETABLE? It could have been so different for Terri Schiavo.
Topic: Honorable Mention

Rick Hoyt was born in 1962. His umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck, which caused him to lose oxygen to his brain and become disabled. Dick and Judy Hoyt, Rick’s parents, were told that their first-born son would be a “vegetable” and doctors advised them to put him into an institution. They refused. His parents were convinced that Rick deserved a chance to lead as normal a life as possible and they took him home.

Rick had two younger brothers to grow up with and his parents made every effort to give him the same opportunities that his brothers had. They struggled to have Rick admitted into a public school, having to “prove” his intelligence and ability to participate to administrators. Rick had learned to communicate using an alphabet system that his brother created whereby Rick would nod his head to select certain letters to spell out words.

A group of Tufts University engineers saw a clear, empirical evidence of Rick’s comprehension skills. "They told him a joke," said Dick. "Rick just cracked up. They knew then that he could communicate!" The engineers went on to build — using $5,000 the family managed to raise in 1972 - an interactive computer that would allow Rick to write out his thoughts using the slight head-movements that he could manage. When the computer was originally brought home, Rick surprised his family with his first "spoken" words. They had expected perhaps "Hi, Mom" or "Hi, Dad." But on the screen Rick wrote "Go Bruins." The Boston Bruins were in the Stanley Cup finals that season, and his family realized he had been following the hockey games along with everyone else. "So we learned then that Rick loved sports," said Dick.

When Rick was 15, he communicated something to his father that changed both their lives. "Dad," the mute quadriplegic wrote in his computer after his father pushed him in a wheelchair in a five-kilometer race, "I felt like I wasn't handicapped." For more than 20 years, Rick’s dad has either towed, pushed or carried Rick in a string of athletic challenges including every Boston Marathon since 1981 and most recently the Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii. "He's the one who has motivated me because if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be out there competing," says his father. "What I'm doing is loaning Rick my arms and legs so he can be out there competing like everybody else."

In 1993 Rick, a young man with no use of his legs or arms or of his tongue got his Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.

It’s heartbreaking to imagine what Terri Schiavo could have achieved if she had received the proper rehabilitation. If her husband, Michael Schiavo, had loved her as much as the Hoyts have loved their son, her story could have been one of magnificent miracles, instead of the brutal tragedy that it turned out to be.
